1. Mission (Purpose- Why we exist)
2. Vision (Where we are going)
3. Values (What do we do to get where we want to go?)
OUR MISSION
Mt. Rachel Baptist Church Youth exists to lead students into a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping them to know God’s Word, walk in truth, and live out their faith with purpose.
We are committed to:
  • Developing Christ-centered leaders who influence their world with courage and integrity
  • Teaching the Bible inductively, so students learn to study, understand, and apply God’s Word for themselves
  • Building intentional small groups that foster authentic relationships, spiritual growth, and real accountability
Our mission is to see students grow into mature disciples who love Jesus deeply, follow Him faithfully, and lead others to do the same.

OUR VISION
At Mt. Rachel Baptist Church Youth, our vision is to see students build a real and lasting relationship with Jesus—a relationship grounded in the truth of God’s Word and strengthened through intentional discipleship.
We believe spiritual depth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from a life rooted in Scripture, shaped by daily surrender, and walked out in authentic community. We aren’t just a youth group—we’re a family of faith, committed to going through life together: celebrating victories, walking through struggles, and growing through every season.
We pursue a faith that’s real, not performative—where students can be honest, learn the beauty of repentance, and embrace the power of accountability. Our desire is to raise up a generation of students who not only know Jesus but live for Him boldly, marked by love, grace, truth, and unshakable faith.

OUR YOUTH VALUES
At Mt. Rachel Baptist Church Youth (#roc706), we exist to lead students to love Jesus deeply and live for Him boldly.
Here’s what we value most:
1. People Over Programs
We build relationships, not just routines. Every student matters, and we want them to be known, loved, and discipled.
2. Real Over Perfect
We embrace honesty and growth. You don’t have to have it all together—just be willing to follow Jesus one step at a time.
3. Worship Is a Lifestyle
Worship isn’t just music—it’s how we live. We want students to see every moment as a chance to honor God.
4. Faith That Moves
We don’t just learn—we live it out. Whether at school, at home, or with friends, we want our faith to be active and visible.
5. Grace in Every Step
Jesus meets us with grace, and we extend that same grace to one another. Growth takes time, and we walk together in love.
